Ahmad is a Managing Director at Talent Capital Business Advisory. He has more than 17 years of consulting experience within the MENA region. Before joining Talent Capital, Ahmad worked with Hay Group overseeing Kuwait operations for Kuwait and Qatar. He also worked for Ernst & Young in the capacity of Senior Consultant in the Business Advisory Unit. Ahmad has consulting experience across various industries including Real Estate, Investment, oil & gas, governmental, telecom, energy, financial services, construction, trading and retail sectors

Mr. Ahmad El Halabi has had an extensive career as a corporate consultant and professional trainer. He has conducted both public and corporate trainings in various GCC and MENA countries including: Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, UAE, KSA and Bahrain. His strengths lies in the Human Capital area in addition to leadership development and negotiation to name a few

Mr. Halabi is a certified trainer at the American University of Middle East whereby he conducts various workshops in line with the yearly training plan. He is also a lecturer at the European Global University where he delivers strategy courses.

Salah is a Partner at Talent Capital Business Advisory. He has more than 18 years of FSI experience within the MENA region. Before joining Talent Capital, Salah was the Head of Private Banking and Assistant General Manager in Wealth Management Division at Gulf Bank Kuwait.

During his 15 years’ experience with Gulf Bank, Mr. Fayad gained significant exposure to Private Banking, Investment Banking & Wealth Management in the Kuwait and MENA region. Prior to joining Gulf Bank, Mr. Fayad worked at National Bank of Kuwait for four years, where he held the position of Personal Banking Manager, responsible for managing priority clients’ portfolios.

Mr. Salah Fayad has had an extensive career as a corporate consultant and professional trainer in the FSI Sector.

Hussein is the Business Development Director at Talent Capital Business Advisory. He has more than 12 years of consulting experience within the MENA region. Before joining Talent Capital, Hussein worked with a Top Tier Organization as a Director of Corporate Relations. He also worked for Deloitte in the capacity of “Auditor” in the Enterprise Risk Services (ERS).

Hussein has Managed to acquire more than 200 consulting projects related to (but not limited to): Strategy Articulation, Business Plan Development, Feasibility Study, Business Valuation, Business Modelling, M&A and Financial Delegation of Authority.

Hussein has consulting experience across various industries including Real Estate, Investment, oil & gas, governmental, telecom, energy, financial services, construction, trading and retail sectors.

Salim is the Head of Transactional Advisory Services at Talent Capital. Salim has worked in various international professional services companies, namely ERNST & YOUNG where he was leading the Real Estate Advisory Services in Kuwait, PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was part of the deals team, and Protiviti, where he was leading the Business Advisory Service line in the Middle East.

Salim has accumulated over 18 years of specialized professional experience spanning the Middle East countries, where he has been performing and leading Consulting and Transaction Advisory engagements, with primary focus on Feasibility Assessment, Decision Support Analysis, Business Valuation, Investment Strategy Formulation, Market Intelligence, Strategies and Business Plans.

Salim possess experience in advising corporations and business executives in various industries such as, Banking, E-business, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Tourism, Public Utilities, Infrastructure, Transportation, Construction, Manufacturing, Petrochemicals, and oil and GAS.

Dr. Mark Eaton is an Associate Director – Human Capital Advisory at Talent Capital. Dr. Eaton has over 33 years of human capital management consulting experience both in Europe and across the Middle East region, including tenure as Hay Group’s Managing Director for the Middle East. Dr. Mark works with senior executives to ensure that he understands their issues and can scope insightful solutions to create real business benefits.

Dr. Mark is a seasoned expert in solution design and sustainable implementation of Human Resources infrastructures, job evaluation and grading arrangements and the development and implementation of remuneration strategies and structures as well as leadership effectiveness and change management.

Dr. Mark assisted several leading companies in both UK and the Middle East and has undertaken extensive training work on job evaluation and reward management in both Europe and the Middle East and is very familiar with regional compensation practices.

Mr. Khalid is an Operations Director at Talent Capital. He has more than 25 years of consulting experience within Europe and the MENA region. Before joining Talent Capital, Khalid worked for Human Capital Consulting Group in the capacity of Regional Manager in the Business Advisory Unit.

Khalid also worked with a leading Advisory Firm, in the UK overseeing operations for top Clients such as Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and CO-OPs. In addition, Khalid worked with Georgetown Advisors in the capacity of CEO, based in the UAE. Khalid was also a part of Tripac Consulting Group, in the capacity of Consultant Manager. Khalid is also a professional trainer and has conducted both public and corporate trainings in UK and MENA Region.

Hiba is a Director at Talent Capital Business Advisory. Hiba has more than 20 years of strategic, general and operations management experience in very challenging environments especially in the domains of security & safety systems, Power, HVAC, cabling & raised floor systems and electromechanical subcontracting within the MENA region in addition to her healthcare procurement management and consultancy experiences. Before joining Talent Capital, Hiba worked with Issa Holding Group as Deputy General Manager for ICAS (International Company for Advanced Systems) & CEO for EMS (Electro-mechanical Specialists). She also worked for American University of Beirut Medical Center in the capacity of Procurement Manager. Hiba has consulting experience across various industries including Engineering mainly with Electrical & Mechanical and Energy Saving Solutions Providers, commodities trading and manufacturing groups, and retailers.

In addition to her solid experience in organizational development in Lebanon and MENA; Hiba has had an extensive voluntary experience in civic society and community development and has been elected to several leadership roles such as but not limited to: WAAAUB (Worldwide Alumni Association of AUB) Board of directors’ Executive Committee member and WAAAUB chair of professional and geographical chapters worldwide.

Hiba’s research interests are in the domain of Corporate Social Responsibility and have had publications associated to CSR insights in the Lebanese context.

Suzan is the Head of Talent Acquisition with Talent Capital and is overseeing the stated services line. Suzan has more than 12 years of consulting experience within the MENA region pertaining to Executive Headhunting. Before joining Talent Capital, Suzan worked for a leading Business Advisory within the Mena region in the capacity of Director - Human Capital Advisory responsible for leading Human Capital Advisory projects for multiple organizations across several industries.

Suzan’s experience includes Talent Development Framework, Talent Acquisition, Executive Headhunting and Mass Recruitment.

Suzan has experience across various industries including telecom, energy, financial services, construction, educational, trading and retail sectors.

Leina is the Head of Quality Management Service Line at Talent Capital Business Advisory. Leina has more than 10 years experience in quality and food safety management system.

Leina is an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry. Skilled in Internal Audit, Management, Employee Training, Validation, food safety management system and GMP, risk assessment and standard operating procedures.

Leina is a certified internal auditor, Lead auditor ISO9001:2005, ISO 22000:2018 and FSMA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). Leina worked with various industries to control, maintain, audit and improve the GMP, quality and food safety management system. She also worked on implementing the risk assessment in all process's steps.

Lusine is a Quality Manager at Talent Capital Business Advisory. She has more than 15 years as environmental specialist within Europe region. Before joining Talent Capital, Lusine worked with Armenian Territorial Development Fund ensuring ADB’s environmental policy framework and national legislation compliance for Seismic Safety Improvement (SSI) Program implemented in Armenia.

Lusine also worked for Environmental Impact Monitoring Centre State Non-commercial organization (SNCO) of Ministry of Nature Protection (МoNP) in the capacity of Head of Air Quality Monitoring Division. Lusine has consulting experience associated to environmental state regulations and procedures in addition to other regional pilot projects in the domain.

Lusine has conducted trainings on environmental and social safeguards provisions. In addition to her research interests; Lusine has successfully published in the areas of Geochemistry and Applied Spectroscopy.
